Just wanted to let you know that thanks to PMH and specifically, Paola Torres, I closed my first short sale!!!(1748 Oak St. Ogden) I was getting no where with Bank of America and they walked in and handled all the headache of getting an approval. It would be in foreclosure without them and I would not hesitate to pay 1% to use their services again. I have 2 other short sales in the program: we have an approval on one set to close next month and the other is in final approval.

On behalf of my sellers, I want to thank all of you for your help and dedication in getting this sale closed yesterday. As you know, the buyer had decided to terminate the deal if we didn’t close on schedule—feeling that the “universe” was telling her it wasn’t the right place if the approvals were late!

Up front, I was confident that PMH would help me get the deal approved faster than I could do alone. However, with the complexity of a 2nd mortgage (which turned out to be a different division of the same bank), and the levels of approval that needed (I think you went up 3 levels!), there’s no question the deal would not have happened at all without PMH’s involvement.

And in the final hour, after we were all stressed to the max, your responsiveness got us Freddie Mac approval and lender approval with a few hours to spare. Your negotiator Ada Garcia is great! I have done a fair amount of Shorts but Ada has accomplished more in one week with USBank than I've been able to do in six months.
